Your Amazon SPN-Certified Prep Partner

We are an Amazon SPN (Service Provider Network) member. That means Amazon has vetted our operations and lists us as a recommended provider for FBA sellers. MeisterPrep was founded in 2017 by two Germans who brought a specific standard to American 3PL: if a label is supposed to be at 1.25 inches from the edge, it goes at 1.25 inches. If the count is 2,400 units, we confirm 2,400 units before anything ships. Every charge is itemized on your invoice. You see the per-unit labeling cost, the poly bag cost, the carton prep cost, the outbound freight, all on separate lines.

How FBA Prep Works at MeisterPrep

Your inventory arrives at one of our four warehouses. From there, the process follows a fixed sequence that we have run thousands of times.

1

Receiving and Count Verification

Freight hits our dock, we unload it, count every unit against your PO or packing list, and flag discrepancies the same day. Nothing moves forward until the count is confirmed.

2

Inspection

We check for damage, mislabeling, missing components, and anything else that would cause a fulfillment center to reject the shipment. Amazon, Walmart, or whoever is receiving. If something is off, you hear about it before we proceed.

3

Prep and Labeling

FNSKU labels applied. Poly bags with suffocation warnings where required. Bubble wrap for fragile ASINs. Expiration date labels for consumables. Oversize stickers for heavy or bulky items. Every requirement handled per Amazon current specs.

4

Pack and Ship to Amazon

Units get packed into case-packed or mixed-SKU cartons per your inbound plan. Carton labels applied, pallet configuration set to Amazon standards. We generate your shipping plan labels, coordinate carrier pickup, and track the shipment through check-in at the assigned fulfillment center.

FNSKU Labeling

Every unit sold under FBA needs an FNSKU barcode that ties it to your specific seller account and listing. We print and apply these labels to manufacturer packaging, poly bags, or boxes, positioned where Amazon scan guns expect them. If the existing barcode needs to be covered, we cover it.

Poly Bagging

Items that can be damaged by dust, moisture, or warehouse handling need to be sealed in poly bags. Textiles, plush products, items with loose parts, anything with an opening. Each bag gets a suffocation warning printed or stickered per Amazon and CPSC requirements. We stock multiple bag sizes and can source custom dimensions for unusual products.

Bundling and Multipacks

Selling a 3-pack or a bundle of different ASINs? The individual items need to be combined into a single unit with one FNSKU. We assemble the bundle, shrink-wrap or bag it, label it, and treat it as one scannable unit for inbound.

Product Inspection

Amazon charges sellers for receiving inventory that does not meet standards. Damaged items, wrong items, units with missing parts. We catch those at our dock, not at the FC. A visual inspection on every inbound batch keeps your IPI score clean and avoids costly removals later.

Oversize and Heavy Item Prep

Oversize ASINs come with their own labeling and prep rules. Team Lift stickers for items over 50 lbs, oversize labels on every surface Amazon requires, pallet prep for anything that cannot go on a conveyor. We handle all of it, including the carton specs for heavy and bulky shipments.

Expiration Date Labeling

Grocery, supplements, beauty products, and anything else with a shelf life needs expiration dates printed in the exact format Amazon requires. We verify dates against Amazon minimum remaining shelf life policies before shipping. Product too close to expiry? We flag it before it costs you an inbound rejection.
