From there, we recommend where to stock inventory across our four warehouses, which carriers to use for each shipping lane, and how to batch shipments to reduce per-unit costs. For Amazon FBA sellers, this means planning inbound shipments to match Amazon's placement preferences and avoiding overstocking at high-fee warehouses. For D2C brands, it means splitting inventory across facilities so orders ship from the closest warehouse.
