For Amazon FBA, we prep units per Amazon’s oversize, standard, and small-and-light requirements, with bubble wrap, poly bags, or frustration-free packaging as needed. Retail shipments to Walmart, Best Buy, or specialty retailers follow their routing guides with correct case packs, GS1-128 labels, and ASN transmission. D2C orders through Shopify or TikTok Shop ship in branded or unbranded packaging with foam inserts or air pillows to prevent transit damage. Every outbound unit goes through a final QC scan that verifies the serial number matches the order, the correct accessories are included, and the packaging is sealed properly.
